Shipping & Returns Policy

Orders are dispatched within 2 working day from Kells Co Meath, Republic of Ireland via An Post (untracked). We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm. During busy periods it may take longer to process your order, and please note that national and international delivery may be affected over bank holidays. 

COVID19 Update: Throughout this period of uncertainty, we are trying by all means to ship all orders as quickly as possible, please note that some deliveries may take longer than normal as our team adapts to the changes in working rules and regulations we are all experiencing at this current time. 

Please note that due to the huge increase in the volume of orders we have had recently that your order may take longer to ship than normal. We may take just over 2 days for your order to be shipped.  

Recently orders are taking just over a week to arrive, due to current period we are in and the backlog in the post office, so if your Whipped 2 Glow package has not arrived after this period please get in touch with our customer service team. 

Please note you are responsible for any customs charges related to your shipment if these apply. 

National and International Delivery Service: Please let us know if your package doesn’t arrive within 14 days of placing your order. If your package does not arrive within this time frame, we will then investigate the delay and advise you with the next steps. 

ORDER ISSUES AND REFUNDS 

We offer all customers a smooth return if you are not happy with your order and it is unopened and unused.  

However, if your product arrives broken or damaged please let us know within 14 days to ensure we can help with your request. Please contact us through our contact form and let us know your order number and the reason.
